At Domain Store, we create all items on demand. This means that when you place your order, we print your item(s) specifically for you. Due to the customized and printed-to-order nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.
However, we prioritize your satisfaction above all else. If you receive an order with a defect, damage, wrong item, or printing quality issue, please contact us or email us at Email: [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide proof of the received item, and we will respond to your inquiry within 12 hours Monday through Friday.
Your happiness is important to us, and we will do everything we can to make it right. If your claim is approved, we can issue a full refund or provide you with a replacement item free of charge.
Please note that this warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not apply to items damaged through misuse or normal wear and tear.
